Helping the Community- Codella

                In the span of a few years, Codella has made an impressive impact on the Hispanic community. This program is the first of its kind in the entire nation. It consists of an 8-week Tech Entrepreneurship and Coding Immersion Program for underprivileged Latina girls ages 8 to 12. The program teaches the girls subjects they do not learn at school for instance Computer Science, Coding, and Digital Literacy. Hispanic Nexo won two Reed Awards

Hispanic Nexo co-founder, Ana Carbonell,  was the recent recipient of two Reed Awards by Campaign and Election for Best Spanish Language Television ad in a state-wide race and Best Spanish language radio ad in a state-wide race.  The two winning  ads, “Estamos de Acuerdo” and  “¡GOL!”, where part of the over ten Spanish language ads produced in the successful campaign to re-elect Florida Governor Rick Scott.
